The EThames campus is 1 minute away from Gants Hill Tube Station on the Central Line, on the main A12 road into London from Essex, and a short distance from Ilford town centre and main line station. We are in Zone 4.

By Tube

Take the Central Line to Gants Hill (from London or Stratford take any tube to Hanault via Newbury Park or Woodford via Hainault, but not those going to Epping). After going through the ticket barriers, turn left from the ticket hall, then left and left again and you should be able to see and follow a line of green tiles on the walls at eye level, to Exit 5. At street level you will be in front of a building site; the campus is the 7 storey red brick building next to this on Eastern Avenue, with steps and a ramp to the main entrance into Reception.

By Bus

The following bus routes stop at Gants Hill; 123, 128, 150, 167, 179, 296, 396, 667, 679. You can cross the roads at surface level to reach the campus on the south side of Eastern Avenue.

By Train

Take the train from Liverpool Street or Stratford to Ilford TfL station (which is in Zone 4), then take a bus from outside the station towards Gants Hill/Cranbrook Road stop.

By Bicycle

Use the TFl journey planner to plan your cycle route to the College. There is a covered bike shed located in the car park to the rear of the building, accessed via Clarence Avenue.

By Car

Enter the postcode IG2 6NS into a satnav, or take the A12 road to Gants Hill roundabout. Exit the roundabout into Clarence Avenue, a small road next to the Sainsbury's Local shop. The College does have a car park for visitors, please phone Reception to arrange access. Unfortunately, only students with mobility issues may use the car park due to local Council restrictions. The nearest public car park is located in Cranbrook Road (north side of Gants Hill roundabout), near the Gants Hill Public Library - just a 5 minute walk from the campus.
